Construction of Pamplemousse began in fall 2016 and was completed in fall 2019. During that 3 year period, 380 volunteers spent 3,400 hours building the trail by hand. Every hour was a pleasure!
Built by kids, adults, seniors, new Squamish and old Squamish. Volunteer trail days produced the highest turnout of any trail day in the region at 93!
Along side those community members was James and a core group of friends who saw the project to completion.
